quick survey, who is feeling ill? from the cases I've seen this could be a widespread outbreak but I don't want the lot of you turning up at the clinic and infecting each other unless it's serious.

rest and fluids unless you have a serious fever, aches, or trouble breathing. I have medications to relieve some symptoms but nothing to cure it.

caution: I cannot find a source of the infection. it behaves like influenza but there is no virus to be found. believe me I've tried. lack of virus may mean it won't actually spread but I have a very bad feeling about this. I haven't been ill since I was thirteen and yet it got me. I should be able to remove viruses from my system but there is nothing to remove. that means this is dangerous. an epidemic, maybe.

[yeah there's that paranoia setting in...]

limit contact with the ill unless it's an emergency. don't come crying to me if your nose is a little runny, I don't want to see you unless you're about to die.

I'll come over if you need medical attention, but if Fingon-ya and the others aren't ill yet, I'd rather not expose them unless it's an emergency.

I'm already exposing them, and so is Celebrimbor. And I think I'm hearing sniffles from Maglor and Fingon. But you don't have to come over. I don't think there is anything anybody can do for us. I'm hoping it won't last long.

But what about you? You sound a little grouchy and sneezy, but are you otherwise all right?
