umm what i mean is theyre like animals? worms?? just dumb and afraid of everything and they react without thinking
like if you hold fire up to a bug it tries to run away but it doesnt know why

At least they do until they cross over into the afterlife.

Well, my world does have gods people believe in.
The Jews, Christians, and Muslims have one god.
The Hindus and Shintos have a lot of gods, if I remember my high school history right.
It's just that I never believed in any of them.

i have never personally seen or touched an avatar of a god but it is obvious that they walk the worlds
they claim souls and grant power to their worshipers

Here, the main capital-G God stopped messing directly with people's lives around two thousand years ago.
And the only people who believe in angels are little old ladies with dead grandkids.
