[No, this isn't the start of a shitty comedy set, it's the start of a shitty network post. Michael doesn't make these often; this might be his third in more than a year. But this situation seems to warrant it, and if no one else is talking about it yet... well. Someone's got to.]

I don't think it's a coincidence that the power's out, the water doesn't work, and those monsters are coming into the city whenever they feel like it.
That and, um, I haven't been able to contact any of the gods?
They don't show up in the temples, either.
I'm probably the last person to notice this, but I think something's, uh, pretty wrong here?

Or I could be completely wrong and just missing them.
So, um, discuss I guess.
What's our plan if they really are gone?

i don't have any spells that create water, but i don't think that would work as a longterm solution anyway

You think the network stays up without Hope? I'm pretty sure people had problems back on the islands when they got too far away from him and the city.

should have the power grid back online soon.
will only be a limited energy source but it's better than sitting in the dark for 14 hours with shit wandering into the city.

havent been able to contact the gods either. always wondered if something like this would happen, so been preparing for it for a long while.

so I noticed, but I'm waiting until the usual time the DOor opens. if it still works like clockwork, I think it would benefit us to go in there and see about controlling it

Have there been times when you were without our captors before?
What were the solutions then?
This place makes survival difficult, but not impossible.

They aren't providing food anymore.
We can't wash anything?
And if we die, that's it.
There's no Hope to bring us back.

Ehhh theyll be back. Sucks that they bailed on us but I mean Fear can get them around. It's not like they dont know where we are.
Or! This could be another event. Maybe Fear needs more juice after all and they wanted all of us to panic.

But "don't die" is kinda hard when it's freezing and there's monsters.

About the Fear thing.
I don't think this is an event, unless they're doing the same thing again.
But they just did that a few months ago.

I don't suggest just anyone traipse down there though, we have enough problems without someone hauling off and losing their damn mind right now

I dont think it is either but that doesn't rule it out as a possibility. The event where they vanished before didn't exactly present like the events we've come to know and love but hey it was still an event.
The memory swap thing came early this month so like why not another? Why not psych out the whole town to give Fear a big feast just in case we need to bolt again ASAP?
It's what I would do if I was one of them. They're not idiots. This was a good opportunity to make their fake-out seem real.

Yeah, we're really dependent on them I noticed. I mean, I think if we really tried we'd be okay. [But that's just because he's a super hopeful and optimistic kid.] Moving us takes up a lot of energy, right? Could it be they didn't have enough to move themselves?
