I've made some relevant updates to the bestiary now that we're on a planet with local fauna.

[So here's an attachment with the updated version!]

At the moment, I've only heard tell of the mammoth things roaming around out there. All current notes are either based on secondhand accounts or pictures that have been sent to me. I'd like some real specimens to take a look at, if anyone's game.

Apparently there's other critters too, though they seem to be rare as I haven't encountered any myself. If anyone runs into anything alive on this planet, let me know and I'll add it.

more like a gerbil i guess. hops on back legs, long tail with a puff at the end.

Lol awesome. Are they gerbil-sized or bigger? I think Raichu is more like uhhh raccoon sized or something. I can't remember.
Tell me it can shoot lightning too.

man i wish. it didn't zap me when i caught it. though it did try and bite me. but it was a cute little thing.

Damn. If they were electric we couldve gathered a bunch of them and restarted the city's grid hah.
Yeah a live one would be cool though I'd take a dead one too. Both would be ideal.
You uh don't need to kill one on my account though. If these little guys aren't a threat and are too small to be food theres not much point in killing one just for the hell of it.

i would sacrifice so many pikachus for a hot shower and a working stove. dont tell 12 year old me i said that.

nah theyll be alive in the snares. ill find something to put it in. they seem to eat bugs.

Ughhh okay actually same here. But unfortunately mass genocide of pikachus probably won't get us anywhere.
Oh good bugs are easy enough to catch... I wonder if theyll eat fish. I have a hefty supply of fish since thats what I'm feeding the rest of my stuff.
Hey can you teach me how to set up a snare btw?

im catching them with whats basically spam so i dont see why not.

get a little wheel for them and you can have a pet.

sure. catch yourself a bunch of them. breed them. trade them with your friends. irl pokemon is here.

i baited 2. i was just testing my snares i havent made one of these things in years.

its literally a pea sized blob of meat mush. im not going to waste food.

maybe we can train them up and then have our pokemon fight the monsters in the colosseum instead of us.

Man that would be awesome. I wouldn't need to put out these calls for monster corpses anymore I could just charge in with my Blastoise and wreck shop myself.

Wow lucky us starting with evolutions as starters. Now we get to skip digging around for thunderstones.

we deserve it for having to live in this hellhole.

ive been replanting trees in the orchard. ill see what i can do about getting us some grass so we can at least pretend.

Oh good. Man the orchard's gonna need all the help it can get these days now that we're uhh not exactly in the ideal biome for tree growth.
I'm not gonna be any help with that stuff but if you need anything from the lab Ill see if I can hook you up. Otherwise good luck?
