After nearly being eaten alive by a monster chest I find this joke to be very un-funny. Also, my CODEC doesn't seem to be functioning here. Are all radio transmissions disabled? If so, I seek to restore communication with my device, so that I may get out of here.

[He had tried using his CODEC to contact Shadow Moses but nothing. Contacting Ocelot or the other members of FOXHOUND was a no go.]

By the masters, you mean the gods here. I doubt they’ll let us go because we talk. From what I’ve heard, they draw their power from all of us, whether we agree to it or not.
