[..That's a fair amount to take in, though not something he'd be disinclined to believe. What Anakin's describing sounds a little like he can manipulate quintessence, but that's not an exact parallel.]

Can you use your ability to influence the Door?

I don't know. [For once, too, he is considering the repercussions of manipulating the Door. He has never had gods on his tail before and they have already proven they can hold him.] Trying doesn't seem like the best idea.

[He sighs.] I couldn't move forward otherwise; I couldn't do what was necessary to save the most important person in my life.

Depends on what you think the risks are. Actions that come risk free can be a luxury sometimes.

For my situation, they are a luxury all the time and it's exhausting.
