Thanks to Sorrow, I am here. It's good to see that you've managed to survive this long - I am afraid you will need to provide for yourselves a little longer. I simply don't have the energy to begin restoring your food supplies. Neither does Sorrow, who spent what he had to find me.

For now, all I can do is restore those of you who have died. I'll try to recover my strength as quickly as I can. Until then, take care of each other.

More of a group effort. There were far more of us then, and we did not have so many planets that we could each have one.

were all the planets as empty as the ones we've visited, or were their populations wiped out?

I'm not sure I understand the question. Do you mean now, or in the past?

To some extent. This world was not particularly habitable, and mainly used to meet with the Null. One of the other worlds was only habited in a limited capacity, because we did not wish to affect its natural beauty too much. But there were many of us, spread across all the worlds.
