[Maketh doesn't look well, but she's putting forth a solid effort. She's got her hair up and a coat slung over her shoulder, half buttoned, to cover the mess of bandages. But her face is pale and strained. She's been injured and hasn't yet recovered.]

Hello, Hadriel. I hope you're all well, or at least -- recovering.

Recent events have made two things clear to me. First, that the gods will attempt to turn us against each other. And secondly, that they can influence our minds in ways far more direct that I had anticipated. A protocol must be created so this will not happen again.

[She takes a deep breath and winces.]

However, I don't have the proper training to make such a thing. So I am reaching out to everyone here. If you have ideas, I would like to hear them.

Have some catching up to do, it would seem. Had no idea we had become that organized. Mostly just patrolled out of boredom, to be honest.

I'm hoping we could establish a proper militia force eventually. Having written reports and updated maps is a step in the right direction.

Not a terrible idea. It'll be good to get the city's more experienced fighters organized. Seems like we're all over the place right now.

Unfortunately. I can't guarantee everyone will cooperate, but it's a start.

[And that thing about patrol reports? Actually something Maketh invented on the spot. Which is not something she feels like telling Rey now that she's agreed to go along with it.]

[Considering what they're working with here, Maketh may as well be trying to herd cats. Poor Maketh.]

Perhaps. He's a strange one, though. Went on about how we were already acquaintances in some other world but have never met him before. [In none of her old lives, for that matter. She still doesn't know what to make of it. Multiverses are weird.]

Not sure. He seemed to know a few things he probably shouldn't have. Unless someone told him.

Possible, but unlikely. He hasn't been here that long.
