Lighter clothing, and less of it.
I was always cold at the Wall, and we always ate hearty meals and drank hot wine to warm us.

It was hot - a drier sort of heat unless you were close to the bay. I was able to stay in the shade most of the time unless Joffrey ordered otherwise.
