Hello- everyone. Whatever we are.

My name is Doctor Bruce Banner. I'm- [not that kind of doctor, actually, but not going to overcomplicate this with semantics when the reality is he's perfectly capable.] -collecting medical supplies, and a record of who here knows what amount of first aid.

If any of you have any untreated injuries that you'd like to be seen, please let me know.

And a message, for going forward. One of the serious issues that we're going to have with this place will be dealing with the possibility of infection. Individually tailored cocktails of antibiotics are just not a reality right now. The supply of ointment is low.

That means that when you get cut, you need to take it seriously and you need to treat it immediately. Use soap, and warm water, and scrub your cuts. I know it's painful, if it isn't painful you're doing it wrong, but you need to take a soft clean cloth or a soft-bristled medical brush or sponge, and you need to scrub, with soap, under as steady a stream of hot clean water as you can get your hands on. Especially if there was dirt in the cut, or if you were bitten by some kind of animal. Obviously wash your hands as well before dressing a wound. So, that's the bad news, I guess?

If you're interested in helping, or learning to help at all, I have a building with electricity that I'm trying to clean and disinfect to the point where it will serve as a makeshift clinic until we can all get out of here.

Ha, that's funny because he's like our leader. Gansey is. Ronan's great too though. [The absolute sincerity that comes with this can't be faked - Noah adores Ronan.]

[Bruce nods, and gives him the same awkward directions he gave Adam, adding;]

[Noah arrives later than his friends. He has things to do, you know things like getting lost. But he does eventually knock to see if Bruce is even in first. Or if he's even available. He could be busy.]

[He says, warmly, opening the door to him.]

[Noah's awkward and nervous expression gives way to a shy smile at the warm welcome.]

Hi. Sorry. Uh. I... got lost. [he shrugs. While he doesn't have Ronan's hatred of lying, there's no real reason to in this instance.]

If you're busy though I can come back later, um, it's fine.

You're kidding. I invited you, I'm happy to have you. There's so much work to be done, I'm never not going to be busy, but that's no call not to have visitors- especially not helpful ones.

[Noah doesn't really have any counter to that except the 'I am always worried I'm a bother' but that has a habit of projecting so Bruce... probably already figured that out? Maybe? The moment to point it out has passed, though, so Noah just sort of nods and shuffles in, shoving his hands in his pockets in the process.] Um. Thanks again. For offering up lessons and all.

Like I think I said to Adam- the more everyone can do to help themselves and each other, the better this will be, even if it's just a few stitches here and there.

Are you game to roll up your sleeves with me today?

[Noah nods, then ohs, then pulls his hands out of his pockets again to literally roll his sleeves up and show Bruce he has done so.]

I'm not the best at figuring things out on my own, but I can follow directions.

Great. Well, right now it's just taking the proverbial toothbrush to this cabinet, since this is where I want to store supplies.

[Giving it a tap. He goes to get rags, instead and soapy water.]

It might be easiest to tip it onto its' back- give me a hand.

Oh, yeah, it'll definitely need to be clean.

[Noah assists with that, he's not strong, like... at all, but he can brace things and he does do his damn best to help get the cabinet on its side while NOT knocking it clean over in the process..]

You were able to find supplies, then?

Yes. Your friends have been very, very helpful.

[Bruce, luckily, is stronger than he has any right to be, so it comes down easily, and onto its back, so he can open it up at the doors and settle down with it.]

They're great. If only Blue was here... She's the only one of our group who didn't come with us. She's great.

[Noah adores her almost as much as he adores Ronan, talking while he works. He's pretty quick to get chummy when he's comfortable with a person, and Bruce is the kind that puts Noah at ease pretty quick.]

She's super short but she will fight the world. It's like that bird picture that says 'I'm three ounces of whoop-ass'. That's Blue in like, one image.

I've got three people from my world, too. Me, Steve and Tony. Those two are a bit like water and oil.

[He admits, freely;]

But it's nice all the same to have familiar faces.

Oh, gosh. That's gotta be awkward then. Sometimes Adam and Ronan fight, or Ronan and Gansey... Ronan and everyone... [Noah trails off a bit as he sort of goes quiet for a moment.] But like, they're all good friends. Just gotta let them figure themselves out most of the time.

I like Ronan a lot. He's very strong minded. But I'm a little worried about him. You're closer to him than I am- is he all right?

[casperdisaster]

[Noah smiles a bit when Bruce says he likes Ronan. Noah adores Ronan with the simple love of a devoted puppy, but he knows a lot of others can find him trying or tiring. It pleases him when others like Ronan too.

He doesn't answer Bruce right away, looking down at the cabinet they're working on, trying to decide what to say, what not to say.

None of them are all right, really, but most of it is things that can't be fixed.]

Um, we were someplace else before here. For like... four months. So it's been like almost half a year since we've been gone and... he's really homesick.

[It's the simplest way to put it, without going into that Ronan was homesick even back in Henrietta and the complications of his inability to return to the Barnes for so long.

It also doesn't go into the fact that Gansey is going to die when they go home. A fact that everyone but Gansey knows and is eating Noah up inside. He needs to tell him. Someone needs to tell him.]

I'll be sure to go easy on him.

[He promises Noah, quietly. Honestly, Bruce is the sort who would have anyways, but it does help to know.]

[Noah smiles at that, the bit of awkwardness he always has but still sincere.]

Thanks. I mean, you seem like a pretty chill guy anyway. But. That's good to know. He worries about everyone else but not himself. Adam does too.

Yeah, I got that when he all but threatened to rip me limb from limb if I hurt you or Adam.

[He figures Noah should know; it was ill advised, considering Bruce's condition, but incredibly well-intentioned.]

[Noah actually doesn't seem super worried about it? Like, vaguely concerned but not really all that much.]

Oh, he probably wouldn't actually do it.

... Don't get me wrong, he does know how to box and he fights like all the time, but like... he's not really a 'throw the first punch' kinda guy? He has to feel wronged first. Unless he's scared, but. All people are kinda like caged animals when they're scared.

That's exactly what I thought. I'm not really worried.

[He can pretty much tend to get along with everyone, even the touchy ones.]
