On behalf of Maketh, I"m gonna be running some self defence classes. It's not going to be anything very flashy or impressive - there's a lot of actual warriors here, from the sounds of it, so it's not gonna be anything that complicated - but if you don't know how to do something like escape a chokehold, then. [He shrugs as he takes a drag.] Well, it might be something.

Anyone who's interested, I'll be down by the armory. Anyone who can actually fight, I'm not gonna say no to your help.

[And true to his word, he'll be found down near the armory, having a smoke and alternating between brooding sitting near the river, and exploring the contents of the armory.]

[ Sure enough, Cibo comes up along the riverside to the armory. Giving a nod as she comes up to him. ]

Ready to beat the shit outta each other?

[ She means it lightly. But after last month's manhunt, she's ready to get back on her feet from a near-death experience. ]

Or do you need to stretch first? [ Definitely playful. ]

Well, that's the first time someone's given me the option.

[He makes a show out of stretching his arms as he sizes her up. Stupidly tall and skinny, probably light but there must be some muscle mass behind it if she can fight in any way.]

I won't hold back if you don't. [Playful right back.]

[ As he stretches, Cibo unclips and sets her baton on the ground. She takes the chance to get her own look at him: This guy is thick. Maybe quick. Definitely a hard hitter. Should avoid moving too close or she may get stuck in a hold or take too hard of a hit. ]

When he seems ready enough she starts walking with purpose toward him. She doesn't typically take the offensive; Her style is mostly defensive. It probably shows that she's going to bait his first move to get a feel for how he's going to come at her. That's what's really gonna get her going. ]

[He's not normally the one to start a fight-- well, tell a lie, he's started about ninety percent of them in his past. But with a human form, it's something he's been trying to get better at.

So his punch is, frankly, sloppy. He throws it hard and straight, focusing more on expecting a reaction than trying to make a convincing attack.]
