[Chris smiles and gives a small wave at the camera when the feed starts, then turns his hand to show Hope's blessing on the back of it.]

So uh, who else got one? And are they all from Hope, or...?

Oh, also, my iPhone was up and working for a bit thanks to Pell, and I managed to get some music off it. I'll share on the condition no one makes fun of my taste.

[The last comment is a joke--he's really not going to be too hurt by jabs about his choice in music--but the offer is serious, and attached is a download of the music he's copied off so far. It's kind of a slow process, so there's still more on the phone that he can transfer later.]

You can have this stuff if you want it. [ He's already stashed away the hair ties he got. Not to mention he wouldn't know what to do with a wrench beyond throw it at someone.... ]

But right now, Chris hears the words 'cocoa' and 'you can have this stuff' and his eyes light up.]

Dude, I'd ask how you could hate sweets, but I so don't care and won't complain if it means you're gonna give me hot chocolate.

The tea we have is uh... Not great, but we do have some.

[After Ai had mentioned it he had managed to find some basic black tea bags in one of the shops, but even Chris--who doesn't drink tea unless he's totally desperate for caffeine--knows they're probably not great quality.]

[ WELP. Well, it sounded better than coffee in any case. At least, to him. Still, it's been months, and regardless of how bitter...

[Even though he doesn't really drink the stuff he does know how to make it correctly, at least.]

But honestly tea for the first time in months sounds amazing okay don't judge. He even sounds grateful for it. ] Awesome.
