If you go outside and walk towards one of the ruined buildings, you should have a good enough look at the skyline to see the spires. Of course... you only live in one of them....

So, all I have to do is go outside, find the spires and run toward them?

A super top diet, lots of beauty sleep and of course a little bit of luck.
