[Misa is nervous, scared that she might be revealing too much and that this isn't the right move to make, isn't what Light would want her to do. But none of that shows on her face as she beams at the camera, as if she isn't trapped alone in a realm of her own nightmares. All smiles here!]

Hi, my name is Misa! This place is super scary, isn't it? Dead people walking around and monsters, I hope everyone is okay.

[She takes a moment to look genuinely concerned.]

Are there other people here who are still alive? I'd like to meet you. It... seems like we don't belong in a place like this, right?

[She could leave it there, a call for faces and names that may be of use to her. Or...]

Also, I'm worried that there is a dangerous criminal here.

[She lets her smile fade, fear creeping into her tone.]

His name is M, or Mello. He kidnapped my boyfriend's sister and held her hostage at home, I think he could be connected to all of us being trapped here.

As strange as this may sound, I am doing you a favor by not showing my face.

I mean it more that we are all trapped here. Making enemies of those you don't know is not very wise.

[Misa huffs. That's the opposite of what she's trying to do here! The monsters she is used to were not so easily put off by human opinions.]

If you aren't human then you should just accept what you are, not get mad when people point it out!

[Misa reads over the text a few times, trying to make sense of it. Do the monsters here really find being treated as something other insulting? Ryuk would never be offended by being called a shinigami—then again, Ryuk wouldn't be offended by anything except the prospect of having apples withheld. He was sort of hard to take seriously. Rem hadn't been bothered by anything humans said either... Maybe shinigami companions didn't prepare her for this as well as she had hoped.]

[Fine, the monsters are different here. They think they're people. Misa can work with that.]

Misa is sorry. It's different being in a world where more than just people exist.

[She's a fast learner, Chara will give her that. It's not enough for them to actually take her apology however. Yet, it might be easier to just call a truce and work around it.]

That is fine, as long as you understand. There are a few who would take that just fine, but ones like myself do not. Just something to keep in mind while you are here and apparently favor video over text.

It's easier to get to know people this way. Besides, it's so cool that phones here can take videos!

True, there are some advantages. And considering the level of Hadriel's technology, a bit of a surprise. [This place had squat in that regard, which made them wonder in turn if these devices were placed ahead of time for their arrival or something the gods happened to have hanging around.]

[She probably shouldn't ask this, considering they're barely on amicable terms, but Misa is very curious-]

I have multiple reasons, some of which I am not willing to share.[So they're not really going to answer that question in full. Sorry.] A minor reason is that I do not like being recorded at the best of times.
