You may have noticed some abnormal behavior regarding the Door. Normally it doesn't bring in anything so large, and we did not expect it to do so this time. Delight and I have been attempting to alter the Door to send you home, as you have so often requested, but as I have said again and again, we have very little knowledge in this area. We will try again.

My appreciation for those who slew the dragons. We did not intend on their arrival, and I would be willing to grant you a favor in return for your efforts - if it's within my power, and not too foolish.

Brilliant, absolutely marvelous job. Does your next plan involve literally blowing everything up, or will that just be an unfortunate side effect? Really, I highly doubt you are an authority on "too foolish" at this point.

Are you another one who doesn't want to be sent home?

I have been away from my home for more than a year, I've been jerked around by malicious witches and the corrupted music of another world. I have had it with beings who think they know what they are doing mucking around in my life and my business. I would like nothing more than to go home. But perhaps a bit more study and a bit less of what seems to be random flailing about may be in order if you wish to actually accomplish your goals.

I am doing what I can. You can complain as much as you like, but few of you are ever helpful.

I don't recall being asked to help. I had thought that gods wouldn't require the help of mere mortals that they are using for their sustenance, it seems rather like me expecting cows to understand residual energy dissipation theory.

You could help by not being needlessly aggressive toward those who are trying to help you.

Oh I'm sorry, was that the same person who brought in four dragons? Because they are the one that I would like to be "needlessly aggressive" toward.

I did not choose this. Your anger should be directed at the Door itself, or possibly at Fear. He generally deserves it.

Neither did I. So glad we can both agree on that point. I see. And which of them was responsible for the dragons? I will be more than happy to address whichever one did that.
