The clinic will be running another round of first aid classes in the afternoons for the foreseeable future. Topics covered are as followed:

Basic first aid: cuts and scrapes, hygiene
Broken bones: diagnosis and stabilization
CPR
Burns
Illness I: common cold, respiratory infections, flu
Illness II: food poisoning, botulism, etc
Shock
Stab wounds, penetrating injuries
Infection and how to prevent it
Hypothermia/heatstroke/exposure
Magical injuries and healing

Further reminder that there are portable healing cells and first aid kits available from the clinic on request for anyone going into the caves. Clinic is near the colosseum, if you didn't know that already.

Lastly, anyone who is interested in helping out at the clinic can talk to myself or Dr. Banner. People with medical experience are especially useful.

Bianca could have texted first, but instead she decides to just turn up. She's sure it won't be a problem.

She leaves Bud and Lou outside, wanders in and starts knocking at doors. "Kate? Kate! Are you here, darling?"

It really isn't. Kate, unsurprisingly, is holed up in the office, hair a half-dishevelled pile of pink on top of her head, eyes shadowed by all the signs of working just a bit too hard.

But Bianca gets a look that speaks to relief - at taking a break, maybe, at seeing a friend she hasn't seen in a while, definitely.

"What's up?"

Bianca perches on the edge of the desk, effectively parking herself between Kate and what she's working on.

"Well. There was this wonderfully businesslike mass text, and it reminded me I missed you, darling. So I thought I'd just pop in, pick up one of your excellent little first aid kits, and see what you're doing for lunch."

"Hadn't thought about it." Which is the truth. She's kind of got so used to Hakkai bringing lunches that she doesn't really consider lunch plans beyond swinging by the bar for coffee.

"You have summat in mind?" Not that there's exactly a lot of choice, but since Kate hasn't even brought a lunch with her, it'd probably be a good idea to get her to eat something.

She smirks.

"Well. There's this amazing little bar down what we fondly refer to as a street. I thought we might give that a try?"

That earns a huff of laughter.

"Never tried eating there. You thinking of a liquid lunch?"

She might have to renege on the booze, but she does like stretching her legs over lunch, getting coffee there even if Emily brings by a supply for the day.
