[ After realizing what exactly the letter and that friendship bracelet meant, Will went into a mild panic. What did this mean? Why did Fear chose him?! Was it because of what his double had done? What he was capable of? Or perhaps it was because Will was constantly in fear himself?
Will wasn't a competitive man by nature, he was happy being the last kid picked in sports at school, but something about the prize the Gods were offering, really captured Will's attention. Maybe, just maybe, if his team won and they were granted a wish, Will could ask Fear to bring Abigail in through the door? That was his driving force in all this, the hope that he could see her again?
So, with that in mind, Will paced his bedroom floor, wracking his brain trying to think of a way to scare people. He didn't want to, but he was going to! As his imagination went overdrive, Will remembered the horrible things he'd seen while wandering barefoot and sleepless in the Silent Hill Zone. That place had an ability to bring your own personal monsters out of the fog. Maybe, just maybe he would be able to show people some of the monsters that haunted his mind? They terrified Will so why wouldn't they terrify others?
Grabbing his coat and making sure Winston was locked in the apartment, Will left a note for Hannibal on the coffee table, explaining where he was but not what he was doing. This way, at least someone he trusted to come rescue him would be able to find him should everything fall apart.
As the fog rolled in and the ash began to fall, Will took a deep breath and stepped forwards. It was such a strange feeling, you'd think it would be like walking over a thresh hold so clear and obvious, but it took a little while before he even realized he'd made it into Silent Hill. The air felt thick and Will could already feel the sensation of something watching him.
It was about five minutes into his wandering that the sirens finally began to call. Will swallowed the lump in his throat and turned his phone on, broadcasting to the network. He wanted to scare people, he wanted them to see the horrors he was about to face. Knowing full well how dangerous it would be, he came armed with the pistol Maketh had given him and two bullets he'd managed to scavenge. Taking a deep breath as everything went dark, he waited and there it was finally, emerging from the darkness and fog.
Clawing free, those eyes, those antlers, that ever-hungry body. Will hadn't expected to see it, he'd thought maybe the Stag or Hobb's himself, but this? No, this was more terrifying than he'd planned. ]

Video
As much as it hurt him, Will remained silent, eyes closed for a moment as he focused on getting the Wendigo-stag-humanoid on screen. If Jill was worried she might fear for his life... That would count, wouldn't it? It would make him a horrible person, but it would count.
Staying silent Will continued to film the beast as it came to stand up and face him. He didn't draw his gun just yet, he let the monster come closer. ]

She knew she wouldn't get there in time, as close as the beast was to Will, but Jill still ran as fast as she could to the Silent Hill zone. The fog. The sound of sirens. They sent a chill running through her as she ran heedlessly into the area in search of Will. She just hoped she wasn't too late... or that she could even find him. This place had a way of hiding things from people. ]
action;
He'd have to deal with the backlash later, to explain why he willingly came here and let her follow. He was even a little scared for her safety. Knowing full well Jill could fight and handle herself, it was her job after all. But still, there was a wave of guilt that kept washing over him when he thought he saw her in the fog.
Will started to follow her, or what he thought was her. The Wendigo followed Will in chase, turning and keeping half an eye on the monster, it hadn't attacked him yet and hopefully, it would wait. ]
action;
Will? Will? Where are you?
[When there's no answer, she keeps going. She's going to search the whole damn town if she has to. Jill isn't leaving this place without him. And yes, she's scared for his safety. This place is dangerous. None of them should be here. The unexpected could happen at any moment.
It becomes difficult to follow her in the fog without going faster. He'll have to keep pace with her, which meant hurrying in a quick trot down the city streets. She might hear him, though, if he makes too much noise. Running could tip her off. Jill was usually pretty perceptive, after all.
As Will follows the figure down the street, he passes a board that's plastered with missing persons photos. There are dozens of flyers on the board, which look like they've been there for years. Some stapled over others, frayed, tattered, fading, but every single flyer says the same thing:
Jill Valentine
DOB: 6/22/1974
Age: 32 yrs
Hair Color: Brown
Eye Color: Blue
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 123 lbs
Last Seen: Nov. 23, 2006
[She looks a little different with dark hair, but it's the same woman.]
action;
It wasn't until he spotted the missing person board that he stopped. It seemed he wasn't the only one searching for her? Perplexed by the flyers, Will tore one off for a closer look. ]
...Jill?
[ The Wendigo scraped it's talons down the message board, knocking some of the flyers to the ash-covered floor. Will bent down and collected the papers, frowning as he looked back up to the unpleasant thing. It then moved its head, scraping and tearing the flyers with its twisted and sharpened antlers, impaling a few as it continued. ]
Hey! Hey, stop that!
[ Will called out, swatting at the beast as it sprung back with a loud, haunting screech. Taking a defensive pose, as if it was ready to pounce Will at any moment. He didn't understand what he was reading, why Jill was plastered all over the board in missing person adverts, he didn't want the Wendigo to rip them all up either, he didn't want it anywhere near her... He was uncertain of its intentions. ]
Re: action;
Will!
[Jill draws her gun and points it at the creature. If it moves even an inch closer to Will, she'll try and put a couple of rounds into the thing. She doesn't care right now what it's intentions are. Jill isn't going to take any chances.]
no subject
Jill, wait! No! It's okay!
[ He looked panicked, though his voice was calm. It was uneasy having the monster behind him and so close too. Will didn't think it would harm him, not recklessly anyway, he believed he knew it, it's thoughts, it wants and design... He could always be wrong, though, this is a different world after all. ]
no subject
Okay? There's nothing okay about this. Move away from it slowly.
[And if the thing makes any sudden moves, Jill will certainly fire.]
What the hell are you doing here? Were you asleep again?
[Better to think that's the reason, perhaps, than to think that he came here on his own.]

[ Will wasn't in control here, as much as he liked to think he was. The monster he had manifested with imagination and thought wasn't his own monster but the vivid collection of his thoughts and hints from a Copycat killer. If anything, it was more like Hannibal than himself. It had his face after all.
The Wendigo poked its head up over Will's shoulder as if to taunt and tease Jill. It was right there but she couldn't take the shot, it was too close to Will.
Will wanted to use the Wendigo, lure it out and use it to frighten people, yet right now, it was the one using Will. ]
I think I can control it... I wanted to introduce it to the City... And no, I'm not sleeping I mean er... I don't think I am?
no subject
Will, you can't control it. The things here are dangerous. Move away from it. Now.
[The gun is still up and steady in her grip. It would be risky to take the shot. Jill is a good shot, though, so if Will's life depended on it, she would go for it. If she can hit a zombie between the eyes from a flying helicopter, she might be able to make this shot, too.]
no subject
Then help me to control it!? Please. If you can just escort us out, that all I ask.
[ She was welcome to take the shot if she thought it would kill the beast. But be warned, the wendigo is cunning, sly and full of tricks. Faster than the eye and more agile that it looks. ]
no subject
Okay... okay.
[Her hand gestures down as she lowers her gun and puts it back into its holster.]
We'll get out of here. Together. It's this way.
[She turns to walk, but keeps her eyes on Will and the creature all the while. If they leave the zone, the mist will lift, and whatever that thing is will probably disappear.]
