[There's something distinctly different about Fear when he turns the video on this time. He seems even less human than normal, not breathing, not blinking, as if he's forgotten how to manipulate his form so that it actually appears lifelike.

He manages to move his mouth as he speaks, but the motion doesn't quite sync up with the words echoed in through the mic.]

[His eyes are unfocused, but he looks downward, contemplative.]

[He takes in his first breath since beginning the recording, letting it out in a long sigh.]

[ What is it? That's a way more difficult question to answer than Fear realizes, if only because Sharon's understanding of it is only marginally better than that of the Order's. She frowns, considering the best way to explain it. Her father had a handful of notes on the seal but it was all theories, knowledge squirreled away from libraries, or pulled out of the men and women that would hunt for them. ]

It's called the Seal of Metatron and it's a... talisman of unknown power. The things it can do... It's all dependent upon the user and their intentions, their will. It can be uncontrollable in the wrong hands, can turn men into monsters, and can even grant humans the ability to leave my realm without sacrifice.

It can show you the truth of things, of people and their intentions, and the horrible monsters that live beneath their skins. The Order believed it could force the birth of their god. For you, I don't know how it will help, but you're powerful enough that I think you'd be able to control it, especially given the situation.

[He listens, his brow furrowed a little at the implications. It sounds... intriguing and dangerous, all at the same time and Fear can't deny the fact that he's tempted. If using it could fix all their problems now, then he'd do so in a heartbeat, but he's cautious. Sorrow would want him to be cautious.]
