'Twould be better to defend the clinic, the fortified temple and the path between them than take on too much and spread ourselves too thinly. Our aim is to survive and ensure the survival of others. That is all.

The clinic--you needn't tell me twice. [One of the aforementioned friends staffs that place, so he'd doubly invested in protecting it.] I will see to it that it is not damaged or breached, and keep the other points in mind as well.
