[Maketh's eyes are ringed with dark circles, though her expression is sharp and pointed.]

I've slain a number of the edible cave creatures, set up a fire, and there are sharpened sticks to skewer the meat with. Anyone hungry should come to me.

We have a pile of speakers here. Danse insisted that they be removed with care, so their parts are yet intact. [And with nowhere else to leave them after clearing up the library, they ended up with the Guard's stash of supplies. The corners of Henry's mouth twitch as he suppresses wry amusement.] Are they of use?

[Glacius' response comes in a little bit later, likely because he's already been busy trying to keep someone safe. He sounds tense, but more or less unharmed.] I am located on the eastern side of the city, and will make my way to headquarters when I am sure that my friends are safe.

Now doesn't seem like a good time to test out our fallback options, but I will do what I can to stem the flow of monsters from the caves.

'Twould be better to defend the clinic, the fortified temple and the path between them than take on too much and spread ourselves too thinly. Our aim is to survive and ensure the survival of others. That is all.
