If you really can't eat what's here then you should talk to Hope. He's the one who provides the food, so he'd be the one who'd do something special if you really need it.

If it's not totally necessary but you really want it, Delight's probably better to ask.

Yeah, usually. If it's for stuff we want we usually need to make some sort of deal, but Delight and Hope are both pretty cool about that. Necessities though Hope takes care of because he doesn't want any of us dying.

[He doesn't really suggest making deals with any of the other gods even though unbeknownst to him Rage would probably be the best for Kaneki's specific issue.]

Yeah, we come back to life, but I think that takes a lot of power for Hope so it's easier for him to just prevent us from dying instead of bringing us back all the time.

hope generally supplies the stores with rations. like others have said, he's the one you want to speak with about that sort of thing. he has a hard enough time trying to figure out how humans work that any non-humans need to be pretty particular about their needs.

I will try talking to him. I'm not sure what I will do if he can't help, though.

I can only eat one very specific thing. Nothing else will feed me and I will just starve. And it'll get dangerous if I do starve. [ because then he'll just attack people ]

if it's any consolation, hope doesn't benefit from your suffering. chances are it'll go against his nature not to help you if your condition poses as a threat to others and/or yourself. he needs us alive and not miserable and afraid if he has any desire to get any power from us after all.

Hope might not, but others do. [ because Kaneki is 100% afraid of what he is. And he can really scare people he flips his shit thanks to hunger.

Good thing there is no god called Hunger or he'd have his belly full with Kaneki's constant need to starve himself. ]

But I get what you mean. I hope he will understand that, too. I don't want to hurt anyone.

Even if Kaneki's life as a ghoul had been easier, he'd still not want to admit to it if only because he hates what he is ]
