She is a fine woman. I...invited her to stay with us, for she lives alone and I dislike the idea of her being defenseless. Would that make you uncomfortable?

She should be with us. I'll make sure she settles in and is comfortable! Thank you, Uncle!

She knows I would protect her regardless, to the best of my ability.

Good. (His eyes brighten, the silver shining.) I have made her a sword and taught her how to defend herself, but she is small yet and I do not like the idea of her trapped or in a duel. Nothing could stop me from cutting down her opponent.

Sometimes I think I have it all wrong and she is the one protecting me. I went to her whilst we were plagued with spirits and she took me into her home without question.
