[ She's been here for, well, almost a whole month now and this is possibly the first time some of you will have seen her!

Eleven has been keeping herself to herself. Trying to work out where she is, what's safe to eat and most importantly, how to use this phone device?

Switching the feed, Eleven's sat there in her gaudish shiny pink squad jacket (she's keeping it by the way! It's kinda cute plus it's warm!) It should be no surprise to anyone that tried to get to know her, to see that she's somewhere outside in the open, away from everyone and everything. The phone is floating as it broadcasts her, sitting there, crossed legged staring at the camera. ]

Can't find friends.

[ She shakes her head a little, a sad expression very clear on her face. ]

I've looked... Can't reach outside of cave...

[ A long moments pause as she took a slow look around. Never having been one for confined spaces, so this cave felt like it was closing in around her half the time. ]

Bad people are here. Everyone hurts. I don't want to hurt... Can I go now?

I don't think we can, but hey--about the friends thing. Why don't you make new ones? Just until they get here. S'what I've been doing.

[ She still can't help the initial joy, then sudden disappointment everytime she see's Richie's face here. Her expression probably showed those emotions too, for a split second at least. ]

Make new ones?

[ Eleven shook her head a little, her eyes full of curiosity. ]

I don't know how.

[ Ouch. Richie visibly winces, too--he's not exactly a hardened mask when it comes to facial expressions--but he presses onwards. He's incapable of doing anything else. ]

Yeah, make new ones. Like--you find something you have in common with someone else. Like a personality trait or, uh...

[ Hmm. ]

I mean Eddie and I aren't alike at all but we're best friends 'cause we get the shit kicked out of us on the regular. Something like that. Like, you could even say we could be friends 'cause we've in a fucking cave with things trying to kill us, y'know?

[ Wow can he talk much!? Eleven found herself starting to smile as he continued. He might have looked like Mike but he sure did remind her of Dustin, what with how he talked so fast and tried to explain things to her.

She looked away, considering what he was saying, trying to find something she could have in common with anyone. It was nice of him to say they were friends though! It warmed her, made her feel almost like a person. ]

I like... Eggos?

[ Suddenly feeling rather stupid and unsure of herself, Eleven shook her head and looked down. ]

I don't know... Sorry.

Hey, eggos are awesome. If you keep them frozen you can use 'em as hockey pucks in the winter.

[ He grins, because that's obviously what he'd do, and it was hilarious. ]
