I've been stuck in my rooms for three days. I don't have words for how incredibly bored I am. I may well go mad.
So! In the interests of getting to know some of you better, let's chat. I have a question to start things off. What is one thing you wish people could know about you without you having to tell them?
For example, I wish I didn't have to explain that I am royalty. It's a bit awkward, and sounds like bragging, when really it's just the fact of who I was born to. So I'd choose that - or the fact that I prefer red wines to white. Then no one would ever have to worry about serving me the wrong thing. Actually, that one might be even more convenient.
What about you? At least some of you must be just as bored as me.

And as for that - well, it would be foolish to try and hide it. It's part of who I am, and keeping it a secret would only bring up more questions. It's much easier to be honest.
voice;
Is it? If you don't mention it, nobody asks about it. Now you have, so everyone will ask about it. Doesn't make much sense to me.
voice;
[He sounds like he's smiling.]
It can just be awkward having to tell people for the first time.
voice;
But why would you need to tell people, unless they asked you about it or something? I mean, it doesn't feel like need-to-know information, you seem like a down-to-earth sort of guy to me.
voice;
[It's shocking the things you don't learn to do when you have a palace full of servants.]
I've gotten better, though. I can feed myself now.
voice;
You're kidding. Did you need to learn how to dress yourself, too?
[Didn't she read that in a book once? Only it was a little girl, that time.]
voice;
voice;
I mean, I don't know who'd actually offer to help you out with that kind of thing.
voice;
You know, I've never really had much trouble finding someone willing to help me get out of my clothing.
voice;
[It's a book, about a spoiled brat of a kid who can't do anything for herself at the start. She's about to tell him this, when he goes on and she finds herself pursing her lips instead, trying to keep the smirk out of her voice.]
You're really a show-off, aren't you?
voice;
[There's a good amount of amusement in his voice, though - he doesn't take himself terribly seriously, overall.]
It's not very much fun.
voice;
God, at least you're honest about it.
[And really, it keeps him from being unlikable.]
If you ever need a lowly commoner to give you instruction in a menial task, call me.
voice;
[Look, he needs it.]
