Hello, everyone! I wanted to remind you that the Sewing Shop is open and ready for business here on the North Island. I can make a wide variety of clothing or embellish that which you already have. You have only to ask.

The only price is that you have to obtain a bolt of fabric from Tranquility in exchange. All manners of fabric are welcome as are all colors.

One of your friends, Party Poison, has approached me about making clothing for all of you. He's already paid in advance, so all you need to do is come over so I can take your measurements and talk to you about what you would like to have.

I can make a little of everything. Do you need trousers? Or--what do they call them?--shorts? Or shirts?

Pants? I mean, yeah. Probably. I guess it can't hurt to have more than one pair. [Or more than one thing to wear, period.] When are you in?

I'm in right now. The shop in on the North Island. Do you have a way of getting here?

I guess some people got boats runnin'. [She's not sure about crossing the water, but she'd got to get over it sometime.]

Yes, my friend Curufin has one. Have you met him?

I don’t think so. I see a lotta people but can’t say I know ‘em.

He's an elf, if that helps. His ears are more subtle than many of the other elves' ears I've seen.

Elves. [Right. They have those here.] Can't say I've met any of those yet. Let alone been starin' at their ears.

That's understandable. There are so many people here! Curufin is very kind, though, and I'm sure he wouldn't mind bringing you over, if you like.

Tell me 'bout it. Never been 'round so many people in one place before.

Maybe. I'll talk to him or find some way there. If Party wanted to set this up, I bet he's got some plan for it.

I have in King's Landing, but the smell here is much better.

Perhaps he simply wanted to do something nice for all of you?

Yeah? Haven't even needed a gas mask here. Almost nice.

Yeah. [Girl makes a huffing noise, like a laugh caught in her chest. Her voice is warm, clearly affectionate for the source of their conversation.] That sounds like 'im. Nicer then he looks, huh?

...might I ask what a gas mask is?

I've actually never seen him, only conversed with him through text. It was clear that he cared about all of you, though.

It keeps out gases and poisons and stuff. So you can breath when you wear it. Like a water filter but it's so you don't die as soon as you go outside.

[Not showing his face also sounds a lot like him.] He's kinda our leader. Guess part of that's lookin' out for us.

Is the air often poisoned where you're from?

If so, then he's doing a very good job of it.

In the outer zones, yeah. The environment's pretty screwed up and you can't trust the 'crows when it comes to gassin' people.

[She makes a pleased noise. If Girl was unsure before, Margaery's praise of Party is winning her over. Party's not endeared himself to many here, so those who see past his walls are people she feels practically obligated to like.] Don't tell 'im I said it, but you're right.

The Crows? Might I ask who they are? [she's heard "Crows" used as a name for the Night's Watch, but she gets the feeling that these Crows are very different.

she laughs happily] I'll not say a word. I promise.

The scarecrows. They're like the guys above the Dra- [She cuts herself off. Comparing them to the Draculoids won't do much good if she doesn't explain a few things first.] Did you have cops where you're from?

Cops? [she sounds apologetic] I'm afraid I'm unfamiliar with that particular word. What does a cop do?

You didn't have cops? Like a police force? The guys who work for the authority and wave weapons in your face 'til you do what they say are the rules.

Oh! We do have those. We call them the Gold Cloaks and they're utterly useless. Corrupt down to the last man.

Then you know what the 'crows are like. Nothin' but another weapon for the worst kind of people to use on the rest of us. 'cept our's had all the brainwashin' as an excuse.

[she actually wouldn't know. she was born to wealth and privilege so the worst abuses of the Gold Cloaks never impacted her]
