Listen up, so there's this giant triangle-headed asshole dragging an enormous cleaver around. His name is Pyramid Head, and if he catches you, he will rip your skin off, disembowel you, and then play with your insides. For fun. Trust me, avoid him at all costs. Stay in a temple if you need to. In fact, considering how much more fucked up this place just got, I'd even recommend it at this point. This guy is way faster than he looks and he has zero mercy for anyone. It doesn't matter how powerful you think you are, Pyramid Head will rip you in half. Literally.

[his expression darkens even furth, if at all possible]

Who is the bad guy and who is the good guy is all a matter of perspective. Everyone, no matter what side they are on, thinks that they are in the right. I'm sure you've done some questionable actions in the past that you have justified to yourself.

[Echoes. That's what this odd little man reminds him of. Echoes from...something else, he can't remember just what at the moment.]

Yeaaaaaah, no, I think doing things like killing or hurting innocent people for the sake of power is a really good qualifier for top asshole. That's really not up for debate.

[Then he figures it out. The doctor's mind, when Ushahin had first arrived here. There had been echoes in it of another man and the monster that he had called the kaiju.]

[except--that next part stops him dead, and there's a stunned silence on the other line]

[He was definitely expecting a reaction exactly like that and so remains completely unruffled.]

[Something goes dark in Ushahin's face. The fixed eye remains the same while the right's pupil grows larger until both are like a pair of giant black spots with only a thin strip of blue around them.]

Watch your mouth, boy. I will do exactly as I see fit, so unless you'd like your friend's mind to be shattered into a million pieces because of you, I suggest you learn to control yourself.

[Newt can't see any of that happening since this is audio, but the tone of his voice is more than enough to scare the shit out of him. He wants to snap back something about this guy fucking right off, that no wonder he was all about the villains if THIS is how he acts, but

he threatened Hermann.

And that's enough to scare him really badly.
