I... I require assistance. [The feed comes on and the normally calm ice alien's voice is tinted with sadness. He takes a small breath, then continues:]

I have been keeping a small number of lightbugs that appeared in the caves about three... [there's a brief pause as he struggles to remember the proper terminology used by humans for this span of time--] ... months ago. But now it appears they are dying. I don't know what I did wrong. I made sure their enclosure had plenty of space, insulated it from the cold, and even provided them with things to eat. And yet still...

[Glacius trails off. Given that his homeworld is frozen over, there aren't any insects on it, so he has no idea how their general life cycle works--or in this case, how short it can be. He doesn't even realize that he was lucky to get three months with these heartwarming little critters! His voice is therefore regretful when he speaks again, but it sounds like he's trying to scrounge for some determination because he hasn't yet realized their time is simply coming to a close.] ... I don't want to lose them. Is there anyone who knows enough about these life forms to help them?

I-I think I will talk to Delight. [ It's frightens her a little to reach out to the gods, but she's spoken to Hope, and he wasn't so bad, and if Chris and Emily can talk to Delight then she can, too. ] And it's not something you need to repay. Uh, if anything, I guess you could think of it as me repaying you for protecting Emily during Rage's... thing.

[ The man had thrown fireballs at her friend, and a being made of ice stepped in to protect her; she hasn't forgotten that. ]

Oh..! [Glacius seems to perk up immediately when he hears Emily's name. He wasn't aware that he was conversing with the other person that was there for that, given that they are simply using the voice functions of the device, but now there's a hint of recognition.] You needn't feel like you need to repay me for that. Even if I didn't know Emily back then, it would have been awful of me to turn a blind eye to someone that was in need... and now that I do know her, I am doubly glad that I did not.

Now, given that you are her friend too... well, if you have made up your mind then I will not argue. But it is especially important to me that I do not put you in a situation that makes you uncomfortable. What can I do to help?

You don't have to worry about that! [ Ashley can handle a moment of uncomfortable if it's to gift someone like Glacius with something that brings him joy. ] Delight is sweet, and not nearly as intimidating to talk with as the others are!

Well, I will have to take your word for it in that regard. [Glacius does his best to avoid conversing with any of the gods, given that he is still not sure how to feel about them.
