In the interest of having it completed some time this century, I'm taking over the project to create a guide document for new arrivals.

If you can tear yourselves away from telling ghost stories long enough to reply, I'm interested to know what information you found most helpful when you first arrived, as well as what you would have liked to know sooner rather than later.

As far as I know, there aren't any places that are explicitly forbidden, outside of other people's homes - you should definitely stay out of those unless you're invited in. But there are places you shouldn't go - namely, the caves. They're populated with monsters.

Also what kind of monsters are they?

Homes that are occupied. The empty houses and apartments aren't locked, and frankly, anyone who is occupying one and doesn't lock the door deserves whatever wanders in.

[Mello genuinely hopes there is no one stupid enough to not lock their door here.]

There are all sorts of monsters. I haven't had many of my own encounters with them - [because he's not stupid] - and my understanding is that they're all varied except for the fact that they're dangerous. There should be an index of the monsters that have been sighted added to the guide as well.

Theyre not monsters though. Monsters are nice. They arent. The ones that attacked me cant talk either.

You can call them whatever you'd like. It doesn't change what they are and the threat they pose.

None, really. I prefer to avoid taking unnecessary risks.

[And since the monsters are known to inhabit the caves, avoiding them is a fairly simple question of logistics.]

The ones with the spiky tails. Everyone says they came through the door when I did.

They don't like electricity.
