If you can tear yourselves away from telling ghost stories long enough to reply, I'm interested to know what information you found most helpful when you first arrived, as well as what you would have liked to know sooner rather than later.

Those are fairly basic needs. A lot of people here seem more concerned with how to use the phones.

It all boils down to what you're used to dealing with, really. But from the sound of it, a lot of the people here aren't used to dealing with anything more difficult than coordinating their clothes.
