( she does notice things. perhaps not the names, which go missing from the network, but the presence of people no longer wandering the streets - that's hard to miss. hard not to notice the lack of certain people patrolling or coming or going, visiting the clinic and whatever else it is they do.

usually, she expects death. sometimes, she hopes they got to leave.

and it seems like Maketh has answered that question. and she never really got to know Lilith - saw her at the bar, on occasion, or in the clinic, little incidental interactions like that - but she's been in the background for so long that it's strange to know she's disappeared.

(she's noticed Amos' disappearance too, and it aches vaguely in her chest. Amos was nice, a spot of sunshine in a gloomy cave.) )
