You may have noticed some abnormal behavior regarding the Door. Normally it doesn't bring in anything so large, and we did not expect it to do so this time. Delight and I have been attempting to alter the Door to send you home, as you have so often requested, but as I have said again and again, we have very little knowledge in this area. We will try again.

My appreciation for those who slew the dragons. We did not intend on their arrival, and I would be willing to grant you a favor in return for your efforts - if it's within my power, and not too foolish.

so hey, outta curiosity - if i wanted something of mine from home, could i get ya the requisite power just by telling a bunch of bad jokes?

Well... I can't transport something from home to here, but depending on what it is, I could try to recreate it.

Of course, that's only if your jokes bring joy to others. It seems like they might bring more annoyance to some...

We made an instrument before- we required you to make someone genuinely happy and someone really really mad at you. Like more than bad joke mad, really steamed. It doesn't have to be the same person!

so if i get someone really pissed off, i can score a trombone?
