They don't usually come back where I'm from, either. I'm something of an exception, it seems. But that hasn't happened yet.

The last thing I remember from home, I died. Then I was waking up here. It's not exactly something you 'deal with.' In fact, it seemed like a punishment for quite awhile.

Jeez, no kidding. It's not exactly fire and brimstone here, but it doesn't really feel too far off from Hell. I'm sorry you went through that.

But if you weren't "dealing with it" ... what did you do?

I don't really know. I just... focused on living while I still could. Making every moment I had count because it was extra time. I try to keep busy as much as I can, do things for other people so my time matters.

In a way I guess that is dealing with it, but I don't think too often about how I'm not dead and should be. So it's not direct.
