Hey there. Thanks for telling Hope to bring me back - hopefully you all can get some use out of these vehicles I made. I think they're pretty neat.

How are you all liking the place? I forgot how messed up the city got before I died. It looks like Hope fixed some of it up, at least. I'm too low on power to do any real improvements, but this temporary facelift should last for a little longer. Enjoy the vacation while you can, uh - 'humans', right? That's what most of you are called?

Enjoy the vacation, humans, and the vehicles. I'm Tranquility, I made this city, and it's sure nice to be back.

Yes, I made it, like Confusion made the tunnels. I promise it looked better back then.

What did it look like then?

Less damage. The buildings were all in one piece, there wasn't rubble all over. Shiny and clean.

I fixed the roads for all of you, but I can't manage more than that.

Well, as they say, every little bit helps.

But why make a city in the first place?

So creatures could live in it.

Is that not why your people make cities?

We do. But it's usually a much more organic process. Groups band together in settlements for security, where resources are plentiful, and those settlements grow over time. Entire cities aren't created like developments of prefabricated suburban homes for people to move into upon arrival. What you're saying sounds like that's what you did. Or were there people here already, and the city was created out of necessity for them?

There weren't people like you - not humans. But there were living beings here, yes. The city was for them.

So they would feel more at peace with living in this location? That seems like it would be of benefit to you personally, if your aims are the same as the other gods here.

They were quite content. It was nice to see.

And the Door? Did you create that as well?

Not that. I don't know where they dug that up from.

Are you speaking of metaphorical digging, or literal?

Metaphorical, far as I know. But I haven't asked.

Who would you ask, if you were so inclined?

Sorrow's the one who knows the most about it.

I've heard that.

I've also heard he's not exactly forthcoming with information. Maybe less so than the rest of you.

Yeah, he's never been a real friendly guy. But you can give it a try.

Do you have any suggestions for how best to approach him?

Probably best to be straightforward. He's not really into messing around.
