So this place is new and different. Which, considering the circles I run in back home, is kinda saying a lot.

Did you know the light in this cave gives off radiation similar, but not identical, to that of a yellow sun? I can't tell if it's tech I just haven't found yet or magic, but it feels really, really weird.

Just so I can brace myself--is everything here like that? Kinda like you're used to but just different enough that it makes your shoulder blades itch?

Clarke was an author from Earth, born in the early 1900s. He wrote a lot of science-fiction anf is pretty famous for his three laws. The third says "any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic."

I had assumed it was illuminated by technology out of reach, but I am not so certain.
I have not had cause nor opportunity to explore the cave's further reaches, unfortunately, but I would not discount the possibility of magic in this place.
Perhaps it is rich in lightning and fire nodes?

Ah. They are naturally (and artificially, though much less frequently) occurring wells of magical energy. I have only arrived just recently, and I find myself forgetting that Hadriel is likely not on Eos. I apologize.

I... had a hot dog and it made me recover from some rather grievous wounds. So yes, I would think that your assumption would be correct.
