Video 7 - Sewing Shop

[the video opens on Margaery in the Sewing Shop, dressed of course to impress and show off her work. what is unusual is that she's holding a sword in her lap and that the Shop looks like it's been scrubbed from ceiling to floor and everything in between.

what may also be unusal to those who can notice such things, there have been magical wards placed around the Shop to deter violence and keep certain types of beings out.

Margaery smiles welcomingly at the camera, although those who know her well enough can tell that it's a little forced]

Hello, everyone! The Sewing Shop is open again to attend to your needs. Can you not find what you're looking for in the shops? Or are you just plain sick of wearing the same things day in, day out? Come in and request whatever you need. The only payment I require is a bolt of fabric from Tranquility.

I also give sewing lessons to those who wish to learn.

She must. Westeros has no other option, aside from tearing itself to pieces.

[ He says firmly and squeezes her hands. He can't, won't trust dragons. But Margaery deserves for her people and her lands to be free ]

[and neither will she unless she's seized by some sudden fit of emotion]

Thank you. They deserve stability after the past five years. I only wish I could have granted it myself.

[she squeezes his hands back and smiles up at him shyly]

The paths we take are often not the ones we thought we would, but I hope your world will know peace.

[she smiles back, though it's tremulous]

No, I never would have expected this to be my afterlife. Or my second chance. I suppose I owe the so-called gods a debt of gratitude for that.

That is my hope as well. Westeros has been through so much. It deserves a second chance of its own.

[ He squeezes her hands again - what he cannot muster for himself, he can always muster for another ]

It will have it. I am sure of it.

[she is grateful to him for it, but would feel that he should be kinder to himself]

And when it does, it will be glorious.

[ What is this kinder to yourself thing of which you speak ]

[ he nods ]

I only wish you could see it.

[it's where you treat yourself with the same kind of care and generosity of spirit that you show to others.

she sighs] I wish I could, too. Sansa, Jon, and Daenerys, they have their entire lives to look forward to, but me? [she shakes her head]

He smiles at her sadly ]

You have your life here? [ He suggests ] It isn't much, I know, but...

[.......because you deserve happiness, too.

she only looks sad]

I suppose. I've begun to lose hope that I'll ever get to leave.

[ Do not ]

Don't! [ He says immediately, vehemently ]

You will Margaery. I believe it.

[she continues to look troubled]

Do you? Leaving seems more and more an impossibility every day.

[bythewaves]

I do.

[ He says firmly ]

One day, you will see Matt again.

[roseofthetyrells]

[she looks into his eyes and smiles sadly]

I hope so. It's what has kept me going, these past few months.

[bythewaves]

I wish I could assure you! But if there is any way, Margaery, I will see you with him again.

[roseofthetyrells]

[she stares at him wide-eyed]

Truly? It would mean travelling to Earth.

[bythewaves]

[ He smiles back at her ]

Mind, I am not saying I would stay. But I would see you home, back to him.

[roseofthetyrells]

[she smiles gratefully]

I would be eternally in your debt. Thank you.

[she goes in for a hug]

[bythewaves]

[ He startles at the hug, surprised, but then his arms come up in answer ]

You owe me nothing. [ He says fervently ]

Nothing more than your happiness.

[roseofthetyrells]

[she squeezes him tightly]

I hope it's out there.

[bythewaves]

It is. I believe it is - you deserve to be happy again, Margaery.

[roseofthetyrells]

I would like to believe it will happen. It's hard sometimes.

[bythewaves]

It can be. [ He sighs ] It all too often is.

I will believe for you, until you can again.
