hey to all the new kids.
i'm kyna. i'm a wizard, which means i can use magic, and i've been offering lessons and shit.
i know half of you are going to start with that whole "but magic doesn't exist" stuff or "i can't do it" but i've got a 100% success rate, so save the negativity.
my thing is mostly evocation, which basically means i can set shit on fire or zap it, but i know a lot of defensive spells, too.
i'm not teaching anyone any necromancy or anything, so if you guys have more cool ideas to go lich or want to try some other stupid shit, find another teacher.
everyone else can step right up though.

huh.

i know you said no negativity, but the closest thing to magic where im from is a guy pretending to levitate on stage so it probably isn't even real there, can you really make something out of nothing? hypothetically.

yeah. those are harder spells to learn, though
only really powerful wizards can make anything permanent with a spell like that
usually whatever it is disappears eventually, or needs like
some sort of material to start with.

kind of like how if someone doesn't have electronics where they're from, trying to get them to use a computer would be tough. if someone doesn't have anything like magic, would it even work?
