Yes, it is rather... confining.

I've never seen so much water in my entire life. In the cave, we couldn't run anywhere but it still felt- different. I suppose I just never realized how much there is keeping us confined.

My home was in the desert. I lived and operated most of my life without interacting with large bodies of water.

I can- passably swim in my other form. But not the distances that these islands require of us.
