We need to move. Between the energy from the Door and other concerns, we can't stay here - it's far too dangerous. Thanks to your help, we believe it's possible to use the Door to move the city rather than Fear's powers. This should be substantially easier on you.

Going back underground is still unlikely to be safe. Of the planet surfaces that we've identified as safe, there are two remaining. Sorrow mentioned them before, but I will repeat the gist of what he said, for anyone who wasn't here before - or anyone who simply didn't pay attention.

One planet is rich and lush, with enough cover from the plants and trees that we should be able to effectively hide from the Null. It is warmer and more humid than this world, if you wish for a place with a climate more amenable to your bodies. It will also provide trees, animals, and edible plants.

The other is cold and mainly devoid of life. It would also be a change of climate, but a less amenable one, rather than more. It is the first planet the Null attacked, and where we had embassies. There may still be some information there, but I can't guarantee it. In addition, it may hold dangers we aren't aware of.

These are your choices. I apologize for being unable to offer you more, but it's unlikely that any of the locations we've traveled to in the past are safe any longer.

So... The jungle sounds way nicer obviously but is there any actual benefit to us going there? Longterm I mean.
The frozen planet might have info right? Everything else about it blows but we have the potential to do something besides sit on our asses?
Do you know if the jungle planet has anything to offer other than a spa day? It sounds like we'd just be prolonging the inevitable and getting nowhere in the meantime.

Since it supplies food and an environment you would likely find comfortable, it would give us a chance to plan our future actions in safety and comfort. There may be other benefits to going that I do not know - for example, before arriving on this world we did not know much about the fragments we would find.

Not necessarily. I cannot rule out that they may be information on the jungle planet - it's only that I personally do not know of it.

I am not familiar with mosquitoes, but it's unlikely there are any there, as this is not the planet you are from.

If people chose to leave the city or did some other foolish thing, we could not, in fact, prevent them from freezing to death if circumstances were unfavorable. Naturally I will attempt to protect all of you, but you die regularly no matter what I do. I won't make promises I may not be able to keep.

I may still be pretty new at this, but the way I see it is: if this particular move is going to be easier, why not go the planet with an abundance of food for a week to stock up on supplies first, then travel to the frozen planet prepared?

It's unlikely we'll be able to move again so quickly. We also may not be able to return again once we move, for various reasons. Wherever we go, we will be there for some time.
