Hey, guys.
[Tranquility sounds tired, worn out, a little defeated.]
Thanks for coming for me. That's not how I would've wanted it to go down, but... well, I'm here now. And at least Delight started fighting for us again there at the end. Everything she did, as bad as some of it was, was to try to keep us safe in her own misguided way.
I'm gonna miss her.
Anyway, we're kind of in a crappy position now. The Null are almost certainly gonna track her essence, the parts that ended up here. So we've gotta move, but we're running out of options and time. They've killed one of us already, and they were going to kill me. We've gotta decide how we want to play this. Your lives are on the line here, too, just as much as ours. Maybe more.
Wherever we go, the Null are gonna find us sooner or later. It kinda comes down to whether we want to try to strike against them first, or whether we want to find a more defensive location and shore up, wait for them to come to us. We have a few different options in terms of locations, some of which we've been to before and some we haven't. Thanks to a bunch of you guys, I have a lot of information about where the Null forces are, which places will be less safe or more safe, so take that into consideration.
There's a file attached to this with the info I've collected from you, and from what we already knew. Take a look at it - or don't, I'm not the boss of you - and let us know where you want to go.
[Each character's phone will download the world information file as soon as they read Tranquility's post.]

We can upload through the same system that lets us track where the Null are. So why don't we send them a nasty surprise and then get the hell out of here?
video;
I'm thinking we should move first - Fear can always bring people back here if we do need to upload something. But I don't think anyone has anything ready, and we've gotta get out of here pretty quick.

[He's not so upset about losing her of all the gods, but still. They didn't go there trying to get anyone killed.]
My advice is we let them come to us. We're not a strike force, but we can probably defend ourselves. Which we'd do best from a place with a lot of cover and resources. The Null probably know we need shit to survive, so they'd love it if we picked a spot without any food or water. What I'm saying is, jungle planet. That's our best bet.

[The reasons are twofold: he was angling for the jungle the first time around they voted, and frankly, the distance and opportunities for both cover and resources are far more abundant.]
Striking first before leaving only really serves us if we have the firepower to back it up, and last I checked we're low on a lot.

[ For a second the weight of the entire Resistance, what's left of it, feels like it's pressing down on him. It doesn't occur to him that he's talking about a different war, bringing that fight to this one. ]
Sometimes it's the only choice you've got.

[His least favorite god who dared to tell him to chill out once. Hux hasn't forgotten that.]
I see no reason to keep running, going from planet to planet and postponing the inevitable. They'll most likely always find us no matter where we go.
video;
Yeah, sounds like you get what I'm saying. The Null are gonna find us, so we have to pick where we want that to be.

[But then they would probably all die? This is a lot harder when you're working with what they have.]
The jungle planet gives us time to prepare for when they come, to get stronger. Good cover...maybe we can make it into a decently defensible position if we work hard enough. Seems easier to fight smarter there. I think it's our best chance.

Um, so, I wasn't here the last time you guys had to fight the Null. Any idea what kinda numbers we'd be up against on their planet versus like, the jungle or something?

Does that make sense?

A part of me would vote for going into Null territory, if only for the argument of hiding in plain sight, and striking where they're blind. However, as already mentioned, not all of us here are warriors, and even if we do can plan for an offensive attack, there's nothing in the provided file about other resources on the planet.
All well and good to mount a defense, but if we have no means of stocking up food, water and medical care, then an attack on the Null could be the least of our worries.
The jungle planet seems our best bet. We can build structures and send parties out for collecting food and water. The jungle could also provide cover for those needing shelter if and when we ever launch an attack.

Thank you for the file Great One. The information was extremely helpful to me, considering I am new to this world. I have studied it and decided that there are only two options that have a chance of working.
[ She pauses a moment, collecting her thoughts. ]
We could move to the jungle planet, build up our supplies and ready ourselves for them to come to us. Or we could move to the Island planet. You mentioned in your file that you didn't leave there because your location was compromised? So I see no reason why we can't move back to a safe place until you're ready to end this war of yours.

Anyone who thinks we have the capacity to go on the offensive right now is free to take a, what, a star-ship and go and do so. We need to regroup. I don't care which place it is but going into Null territory right now would be stupid.
[of course, he has selfish reasons. He's got a lot of data to analyze and that takes time.]

[ She doesn't know him, but the thought of more death is an unwelcome one. After reading through the information file provided, she's left in the same position as many of them: none of the options are great, some are downright bad. ]
I suppose it makes sense to properly analyze what information we have, which to me suggests we should have somewhere safe to do so, so I suppose the jungle planet makes the most sense out of all of them. It doesn't strike me as though we're ready for any kind of offensive at the moment.
video;
And yeah, that makes sense to me. Just choose whatever you think the best choice is.

And what if they get another one of you? Are we just going to slowly die out, one by one?

[And Leon voted for it only because while he'd rather charge in Null territory he already noticed the overwhelming preference for the jungle planet, he doesn't feel like his voe would change much.]
