apparently i can summon them up becuz people kept asking me to

dead people suck a lot tho so when i realized if im drunk or high i dont see them so i never bothered training after i left home
but then just before i came here i summoned my dead bro ben whos always hanging around being a NAG and telling me what to do
and manifested him so he could kick ass

It depends on the power, and it looks like you have plenty of potential instructors already, but I figured I'd offer since innate abilities are a bit different from learned magic.

ya i wondered about that
if the magic stuff helsp with control thats great but
this isnt magic i kno that for sure

you have abilities?

I do. Some had to be developed, but others required training to control. It's a little complicated, because back home my kind called it magic but it's nothing like magic here. More learning to use our own energies than casting spells, if that makes sense.
