In regards to getting out here? No. The caves on the far side of the city might hold something, but they're crawling with unfriendlies. We'd need a large force to storm those gates.

I've got a detailed map of the area drawn out right up to the bridges beyond the river. If anything significant happens in those areas, I'm marking it, but so far, the coliseum seems to be the only place with any real activity.
