Since we're all smart people who definitely aren't going outside to get possessed or die on the network -- seriously, please, stop doing that -- I figured we should at least pick a game to pass the time. You know, like being on a long road trip and playing "I Spy" or some shit.

I couldn't even begin to imagine being limited to just one star system, let alone one planet.

Earth has a moon but there's no life on it.

It's weird for us to imagine there's life out there but it seems stupid to assume the only sentient beings are on Earth.

I've encountered countless other sentient lifeforms across the galaxy, in many forms. We take space travel for granted, I suppose, considering it's just so simple to go from one star system to the next without difficulty.

Meanwhile that all sounds pretty crazy to me.

I honestly have never actually met anyone from a planet with no awareness of life outside their local star system or sector.

Big continents surrounded by water. Each one tends to have a few varied ecosystems. Humans live mostly in cities though there are farming communities, too.

It's fortunate your world isn't volcanic or plagued by constant storms, at least.

Some of the island are volcanic and there are some storms but nothing constant.

What about the planet you're from? What's it like?

It's a planet with almost constant storms, jungle, and large sea monsters who liked to eat anything or anyone who ventured too close to the shore.

I was only there a brief time, however. I've lived most of my life on various star destroyers.

Star destroyers? Do people live on those stars?

Star destroyers are larger star ships. They don't actually destroy stars, someone just had a strange sense of humor when they named them.

A bit but I've always preferred it as opposed to staying in one region of the galaxy. I've been able to accomplish much more.

You're big on the ambition thing.

I've always considered it better to be ambitious and try to shape the galaxy instead of just merely getting by.

Almost two months? Something like that. It's hard to tell.

Not a long time. I believe the biggest challenge will be finding productive ways to pass the time.

Yeah, that's one of the worst parts. Aside from the things that try to kill us.

At least the things trying to kill us keeps things from being too boring. What else do you do to pass the time?
