Normally, I would think what I'm about to ask is an odd question, but given the location and the circumstances, maybe not so much.
( this is gonna make for a good first poke at the network, innit, sammy? )
How many of you actually know about monsters? Spirits, things that go bump in the night, that sort of thing? Because where I'm from, they're pretty common, and I've noticed from meeting others here that it isn't that way for everyone.
( which is how it should be, if you ask him. nobody should know that the thing in their closet is real. )
Next question. Would anyone be interested in learning about things like that, and how to protect yourself against them?
( there. it's out there. he's doing a good thing. )

[ Which are actually real. Monsters? Definitely real but more so a nuisance on Pandora. ]
it's the same as protecting against people - shoot them until theyre dead, right?
no subject
( because explosive psychopath sounds like it should be. )
That's part of it, yeah. But there are also precautions that you can take that work even better than bullets.

I don't think you'll be as delighted as you think you'll be.
Nobody should have to learn these things out of necessity.

[Which is a terrifying thought, but why would wendigos be special?]
Any tips you have for you know, not dying when there's monsters are definitely going to be helpful though, yeah.
[He's definitely interested in learning. It could be really useful, and even if it isn't it'll be something to do.]
text;
We have wendigos, too. A little different from the ones that I've seen here, but they seem to die the same way, at least.
I have a lot of tips, actually. ( more than anyone should, tbh. )
Probably on most anything you'd want to know. I'm thinking of starting up a ... I guess a kind of learning annex for anyone that wants a better chance at being prepared when the new things show up every month.

[Monsters and spirits tend to go along with that.]
I'm afraid dark magic has a way of turning men into monsters, one way or another.

But I meant more in the literal sense.

No, I don't. ( there have been moments, both in the distant past and the more recent, in which he's given a 'monster' a second chance because they didn't want to hurt anyone. )
It's only the ones that make themselves out to be that I'm worried about.

[ He'd asked Ciri about potions already. Gansey wants to be better equipped, but he's not foolish about his own limits. ]
I've never done well with violence. Most of the creatures here...it doesn't surprise me that they exist, but I wouldn't know where to start to fight them.

whoops have a super late video.
(This does make him relatively cautious though. His face is calm and neutral, however.)
And the monsters here, of course. The ones from the tunnels. Though it seems like you know more about it. What kind of monsters come from your world?
whoops have an even later reply aslkhf
even if the others hadn't been machines. )
What's one of the worst things you can think of? ( he gives newt a second to answer, and then: ) I've probably seen it. Once or twice.
we can just be late together
sounds like a plan to me, i'm keeping this trend alive apparently.
i salute your dedication.
i like to think i have it in spades.
the hero we have all been waiting for, really.
your knight in tarnished, dented armor that shows up an hour late without starbucks.
dented armor that is the perfect shape for me to lay my head as i swoon into ur arms
