[the video opens on Margaery sitting neatly in a chair, wearing one of her usual gowns with her sword sitting on her lap. for those with practiced eyes or those who know Margaery well, they will be able to tell that her smile is still strained and not entirely meeting her eyes, but it's still bright and beautiful just the same]

Hello, everyone! I wanted to remind you that the Sewing Shop is open and ready for business here on the North Island. I can make a wide variety of clothing or embellish that which you already have. You have only to ask.

The only price is that you have to obtain a bolt of fabric from Tranquility in exchange. All manners of fabric are welcome as are all colors.

One of your friends, Party Poison, has approached me about making clothing for all of you. He's already paid in advance, so all you need to do is come over so I can take your measurements and talk to you about what you would like to have.

But it did return and you got to see it. I know I'll never be able to say the same for Westeros.

I lived long enough. [ He says wryly, and then melancholy fills his eyes ]

And I was the only one of our family saving only Galadriel and Elrond to do so.

[roseofthetyrells]

[she nods]

I know Galadriel has her . . . problems with you, but what of Elrond? Was he not here for a time?

[bythewaves]

He was.

[ Maglor smiles wonderingly at the memory ]

He forgives me, he said. He still loves me.

[roseofthetyrells]

[she smiles back, eyes full of warmth]

I'm so glad. You deserve to be loved.

[bythewaves]

[ He ducks a little shyly ]

Elrond said so too, although of all those I have sinned against, I've done more harm to him than most.

[roseofthetyrells]

[she ducks down a little to catch his eyes with hers]

And if he was able to forgive you and love you, others can too.

[bythewaves]

[ He smiles at her shyly ]

I... am trying to learn how to believe that.

[roseofthetyrells]

[she gives him a reassuring smile back]

I will help you in any way I can.

[bythewaves]

You always do, Maraegry. I don't know what I'd do without you!

Nor I, you. So we'd best stick together.

[bythewaves]

That much, I can do. [ He smiles at her ]

So far as it is my power, Margaery, that promise I am glad to make.

And I, the same.

The Door may choose to take either of us at any moment, without affording us the chance to say goodbye. So while we are here, it's best to make and keep whatever promises we can.

[bythewaves]

Even so. I wish we could predict it better, but I suppose we just have to make the best with what we have!

For as long as possible, yes. But it would be . . . rather nice to know how much time we have.

[bythewaves]

It would. But I suppose it is not entirely unlike life, in that regards - we never are given to know how much time we actually have.

[roseofthetyrells]

Ugh. Yes. How bothersome! It's bad enough to not know how long your life will be, but not knowing how long we'll be trapped here? Simply awful.

[bythewaves]

[ He grins wryly ]

Aye. Well, the uncertainty makes things interesting, I suppose. One cannot dwell too hard on it, else one becomes unbearably depressed and paranoid!

[roseofthetyrells]

I suppose not. Though, it seems impossible that I've been here for nearly a year. At least I think it's been a year. Keeping track of time here is difficult.

[bythewaves]

Ah, you know, I think it has been over that for me. But you speak truly - what with all the... events and manipulations, it is very hard to keep track, not that I was ever terribly good at that, anyway.

[roseofthetyrells]

Yes. Had I known I would be here so long, I would have kept better track of time. Granted, that would've been difficult on the desert planet but thankfully, we're far away from that place now.

[bythewaves]

It was difficult even in the caves. [ Maglor grimaces ] Glad I am for the sunlight! Tis not natural to be without. I will never understand how Finrod could have stood to stay so long in Nargothrod, no matter how lovely! But then again, he was outside often, I think.

Ugh, the caves! Don't remind me of such things. What a nightmare to be confined in such a fashion. But what's this about Finrod and Nargothrod?
